usedforyou is a boutique, peer-to-peer (P2P) online project and is not a registered corporate entity or company. It operates exclusively as a technological interface hosted within a Telegram Mini App.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are joining an independent online project that does not fall under the legal jurisdiction of any specific country or governmental body. You accept all risks associated with decentralized transactions and P2P interactions. The project provides no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the platform's availability or legal standing.
The platform is strictly for adults (18+). By using it, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you have passed the Telegram age verification gates.
All payments are handled by @CryptoBot using USDT. The platform acts simply as a facilitator; it does not hold user funds. Sellers receive their funds directly via the CryptoBot interface. Commissions (20%) are used solely for the maintenance and growth of the platform.
Sellers ("Sirens") and Seekers ("Buyers") must adhere to the Ethical Code. Prohibited items include biohazardous materials (blood, feces, urine) and explicit imagery of genitals. The platform reserves the right to ban any account from the application at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in order to maintain community integrity.
All conflicts are subject to internal moderation via the "Open Dispute" function. Since the project is an independent online initiative, there are no external legal arbitration or governing bodies available for dispute resolution. Decisions made by the moderation team are final and binding within the community.
The project, its creators, and administrators shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the platform, shipping issues, or interactions with other users. Participation is entirely voluntary and is done at the user's own legal and financial risk.
